I've just read that whey protein is alkaline food. Is that true? Due to health reason, i'm not advisable to take highly acidic food. If whey protein is not alkaline food, any supplement is? Thanks. |

just my 2cent, herbalife is more expensive compared to normal weight gainer. Its because they need to pay for commission etc etc due to their multilevel marketing. My advice if you have money, go for it, if you dont have go for serious mass or anabolic peak (rm180 and both can last for a month).
