so far none, need medication to increase appetite ke? if u go pharmacy, i can tell u sure they intro u multivitamin supplement. well,because i do it all the time. brows.gif

just force urself to eat more or eat the thing u like, maybe the 1st few week u may wan to puke out, but after awhile, u will get used to it.

well, i am hungry all the time.. shakehead.gif

not at all! Eating more helps you to gain weight. Read the stickies, first pls.

i also very thin 173/52. i ate protein and i did go to gym, but now my weight is almost the same. >.<

its not only what you ate, but how much you ate as well.
