It's funny how people keep asking the same question again and again while the answer is there. You don't need a magical supplement and all that. Look onto your meal plan. Calories calories calories. That's all you need to know. You don't have to be a food expert or nutritionist to know all this. Just spend one hour only to get to know all this basic stuff that you can learn from the internet and that's it, you are ready to go.
People sometimes ask whether they need to go to gym to gain weight or not. The answer is yes and no. If you have money, you can go to gym. If not, you can do your workout at home or at the park. The fat need to turn into muscle when you gaining weight. Some skinny people have a hard time to eat 6 times a day. Me too. I used to eat 2 or 3 times a day. To change this habit, it need a little bit of force and courage. It's hard. I know it. I even puke sometimes when I'm forcing a food into my mouth but after that, your body will get used to it. Give it a 3 month. After 3 month, your body will know what time it is to have a next meal and before your knew it, your already feel starving. Guys, it takes time. Most skinny people think that they eat a lot. But the truth is, you don't. Put all those thought in a trash and start counting your calories. Well, I think I explain most of it. Remember, dedication. Don't eat junk food to gain weight. Clean eating all the way. Have fun in gaining weight mate. Cheers |

Don;t worry, you can easily gain weight with some tips such as Sleep daily at least 8 hours daily. Take banana and milk daily Take non-veg in a week. Do exercise daily |

I'd like to share with some of you guys my own experience here..
I think it's important for anyone who wishes to gain weight to know how to gain proper weight from proper meal planning and exercise..I used to be very underweight and skinny (163cm, 50kg - my case was mainly genetic).. then a year ago i began eating like having 5 meals a day, kept consuming food of high calories, without doing much exercise. Over the course of a year I did gain 10 kgs but what i gained is mainly FAT...which is not right...I also end up having a huge belly, which would now be hard to get rid off. My conclusion is that , if you wish to gain weight, please do it the right way (which I'm still not too sure just how yet). Anyone could share about experience with Appleton Weight Gain pls? |
