everytime i eat cant eat that much, stomach is small. and i'm at college so a bit hard to eat 7 times / day . i eat 4times only And normal breakfast/lunch/dinner/supper(burger). I'm at college so abit hard to eat 7times a day, any suggestion gaining weight in college life? biggrin.gif

anyways read this in some weight gain product feature is this true? i think this is what i really need biggrin.gif

"WaxySpeed with Waxy Maize carbohydrate technology dramatically increases the speed at which amino acids from proteins, carbohydrates, creatine and other critical nutrients pass through the stomach while also increasing the amount that are absorbed. This carbohydrate technology acts like an internal vacuum by pulling many nutrients and water directly into muscle faster than ever. "

QUOTE
Just to share what I'm doing in order to gain weight, opinions are most welcome  I'm 170cm and was 50kg a month ago.

Meal 1 = Morning: milo + oats + raisin
Meal 2 = Lunch: Rice + chicken + vegetable
Meal 3 = Serious Mass + milk + 1 slice of bread with peanut butter / nutella
Meal 4 = Rice + chicken + egg + vegetable
Meal 5 = Milk + Serious Mass (1/2 serving)

I gained 3kg in 1 month time, so I guess my diet gives me extra calorie I need to gain weight

i gained 2.4 kg a week n half using serious mass but as i grow bigger become harder to gain weight U_U

just my 2cent, herbalife is more expensive compared to normal weight gainer. Its because they need to pay for commission etc etc due to their multilevel marketing. My advice if you have money, go for it, if you dont have go for serious mass or anabolic peak (rm180 and both can last for a month).

Im not a seller, im a user, i gained from 49kg to 58kg in 3months using serious mass biggrin.gif
