I just wanna share with you guy with my training program
I’m 178cm and 65kg before this involve this training
My supplement:
Week 1 - 3
Weider megamass 4000,
GNC Mega Man Multi vitamin,
My weight on week 3 is 67kg
Week 3 – 7(now)
GNC Mega Man Multi vitamin
BSN N.O-Explode
Universal Real Gainer
On week 3 I change from Weider Mega Mass 4000 to Universal Real Gain.
Not because the wieder not doing good job. In fact I gain almost 2 KG using this product on very first 2 week of my workout . But I become frequent toilet visitor in my office. Universal Real Gainer fix this problem for me.
How do I Take my supplement??
Non Workout Day :
Very first in the morning, before taking anything else, I drink 1 scoop Real gainer.
After Breakfast, I take multivitamin. Before going to bed, I take 2 scoop real gainer.
Workout Day :
Very first in the morning, before taking anything else, I drink 1 scoop Real gainer.
After Breakfast, I take multivitamin. 1 hour before workout session take 1 scoop real gainer. 10 minute before workout I take N.O – Explode. After finish workout, immediately drink 1.5 scoop of real gainer
My Workout:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes 1 day on the weekend.
I start with warming up with
Cycle – I-2 minute
Star Jump – 50 Rep
Then I start my workout as follow order:
Shoulder Exercise
Seated Military Press – 3 Set, 12 rep
Seated Military Press Behind Neck – 2 set, 8 rep
Chest
Barbell Bench Press – 3 set, 12 rep
Incline Bench Press – 2 set 10 rep
Bicep
Standing Barbell Curl – 3 set, 12 rep
EZ Bar Curl – 3 set, 12 rep
EZ Bar Preacher – 2 set, 10 rep
I end up my workout by doing squat 2 set, 10 rep (Start doing this at my 4th week of training)
Last measurement on last week is my weight is 71kg
During this training I find out that
1) Doing squat exercise boost my gain by 50%
2) NO – Explode does give extra energy and stamina thus make my muscle pound like a rock.
