From what I can advise is, you can try have high protein-based food. Please refrain from eating fatty foods. Eat quality over quantity. I would not like you to gain weight due to FATS. We want to increase LEAN MUSCLE MASS as a weight gain.
You can try the common poultry, fish and meat. But if you are serious, you can go to the gym and use the protein to build some muscles instead...
