From what i last known from agent, BigPay is not counted anymore. That was 2 years ago.

Kindly advise how do you request for SST rebate? What did they offer to you to credit you the RM25 cashback?

Anybody able to waive the AF with 12 transactions annually but not 1x per month for 12 months?

remembered that the agent said some cards is auto waive if 12x transactions per year. no need 1x per month. not sure if apply to all their cards.

I just the 'chat' function instead, lazy to call. Was been told will SST rebate will be credited in 4-8 weeks time.

Mine used to be auto reverse for the past years, this time I had to request it manually but it was just charged the day before. I did not wait any longer and contacted CS for AF waiver. It was fast though, I got to rebate the next morning!

Just to check, the TnG eWallet and Grabpay promo has ended right? Maybe it's time to cancel the card and wait for the 12 months cycle for the next NTB promo sweat.gif
