RP? If like a relationship manager then yes. Although it was just someone assigned to me when I called the hotline. Apparently my RM has already left. So it seems they have staff issue.

My past experience was around 30~60days after fulfillment of gift criteria.

They do not tell. I apply base on the campaign they run and adhere to their T&C. I am 100% sure I will get their gift only I apply and go tru the application and spending.

Yes, the tnc and the SMS content is not align especially the 200 and the 500 eligibility.

For registration, it has stated can either follow the sms instruction or

a. SMS: J1<space>your last 6-digit Participating HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i (s) number to 66300;
b. SMS: J2<space>your last 6-digit Participating HSBC/HSBC Amanah Debit Card/-i (s) number to 66300;
c. SMS: J3<space>your last 6-digit Participating HSBC EGA Debit Card/-i (s) number to 66300
or
d. Eligible Cardholders who receive an SMS invitation from HSBC to participate in this Promotion must follow
the instruction to register as stated therein; or
e. Follow the instruction to register in the EDM invitation or respective marketing communication materials.

Finally got promotion again it. Anyone have receive the survey from HSBC recently? I complain them no cash back and they provide now. It is great.

I didn't receive any message for this either but managed to sign up using "J4" and then with "J1 xxxxxx" (last 6 digits CC number).

Not going to complain if got chance to win cashback for normal spending habits biggrin.gif
