Better than me that I got rejected all the time. HLB card 3 weeks can get. MBB Platinum dual cards just throw IC got it after 2 weeks. PBB's VS also throw IC and got it within 20 days. But not HSBC, apply 5 times, 5 times also rejected

Did you enquire why your application was rejected?

I've managed to contact the CS early in the morning. I guess this is only time to get the CS agent to entertain your call. They said the call volume is high yesterday and did apology for that. Oh ya, want to inform you guys that auto debit/bill payment is not counted/applicable for 12 times swipe to get annual fee waived.

since they make it so difficult, u just cancel their card

Seeing the website, only the platinum card indicates "Annual Fee Waiver (Subject to min 12 swipes per year)" but the Gold one no indication.

Also the Minimum Income for both Platinum and Gold is 36k? Did they just revise it? I remember Platinum was 60k. Cause if not sure I apply for Platinum instead of Gold

HSBC have been extending this fo many times liao. by the time near Dec, we could see if HSBC extend this again for year 2016.

when i signed up hsbccc they suppose to give me a car air purifier if successful. until now still no news on it. it been 2 months already.

if i not wrong, the air purifier is first come first serve.

if they want to approve you, within 3weeks can get the cards..

cause i have the same experience as you also..
i called for few times after 1 month-2 months, they keep saying that my application is "pending".. latest call was told been rejected...

I just received my car air purifier last week.. It was like 5-6months already after i received my card LOL =/

upgrade my Visa plat to Visa Signature at Mid valley... Application take almost 1 month to approve ... I'm existing card holder .. good payment record for all my cc... Take 1 month to approve still ok la..... The most regret is they approved Visa Gold for me ... I don't need Visa Gold .. the benefit almost same with Visa Plat... Call the Agent... she said don't know about this... ask me to wait for the card arrive than request to upgrade...waste time

What can i do ??

Did you meet their requirements for Visa Signature?

If you don't need the Visa Gold, you can call CS and tell them to cancel the card.
