Yes. The only drawback for HSBC is difficult to talk to human. Always machine.

*the trick is chose Malay language when you call CS. The waiting time shorter. If you choose English, you might need to wait for more than 10mins!!!

Once the Card have been Approved.. Whether You activate IT or not they will still charge you Annual Fee of the CC , try swipes 1-3 times to get Annual Fee waiver, that's the advice to You nod.gif

Just curios, if you don't want use the card, why applied IT...??? blink.gif

Dear all, my annual income is around 39K, currently holding Maybank 2 Card (Gold) & UOB One card. Never had bad credit record, and I'm planning to get the robot vacuum by applying via ringgitplus.

I'm looking at HSBC Amanah Mpower Visa asRinggitplus mentioned free annual fee for the first year.
Since that I already owned 2 cards, how high is my chance of successfully applying?

Hi, i applied HSBC amanah credit card since beginning of September from Midvalley booth, after 1 month of waiting, i got a message from 63365 sayings

"RM0.00:HSBC: Your application has now expired. To reapply, please visit www.hsbc.com.my or call 1300881388. Thank you"

Any sifu here can tell is this SMS really from HSBC? I got this message 6am early in the morning yesterday (Sunday). Which makes me doubt this SMS.

Also, im new to credit card, i didn't ever heard about credit card application will expired, and i didn't get any result after quick google about it.
