Received my HSBC Signature and it said need call 1300881388 to activate the card but I have been waiting for more than 1 hour on the phone and no agent entertain my call. Why so hard just to activate the card? No other option like sms? Is HSBC CS getting worst? I very hate if have to wait for so long on automated CS system. vmad.gif GIVE UP mad.gif

Yes I did call more tha 3 times after that but no luck also. Now I trying call again hope late at night not so busy but the CS automated system said their operation hour is only from 7.30am until 9.30pm. Ask me try again tomorrow mad.gif

I've managed to contact the CS early in the morning. I guess this is only time to get the CS agent to entertain your call. They said the call volume is high yesterday and did apology for that. Oh ya, want to inform you guys that auto debit/bill payment is not counted/applicable for 12 times swipe to get annual fee waived.
