Received my HSBC Signature and it said need call 1300881388 to activate the card but I have been waiting for more than 1 hour on the phone and no agent entertain my call. Why so hard just to activate the card? No other option like sms? Is HSBC CS getting worst? I very hate if have to wait for so long on automated CS system.
