Sorry if answered before, but for their current promo for Visa Signature, do you get both Lazada RM500 voucher (spend more than RM1k) and also get free 100,000 points (sign up, activate, spend RM50x3)?

When was the 100,000 points promo announced btw? I noticed the ToC is capped at 430 million Reward Points only on first-come, first-served basis.
Meaning they can simply refuse to give the 100,000 points claiming already used up when we wouldn't even know if they are lying or not..

Yea noticed that yesterday as well. Furthermore their 8x & 5x extra points is part of a campaign with a pool limit as well. Thought it was going to be a permanent benefit of the card... I think i'll be skipping this...

Just got my card at the branch. Luckily i request them to help me activate on the spot and the system said will send an OTP to my old hp number. Then i realise they register my card to my old address and hp number even though i submit the application form with my current address and hp number. No wonder they sent out the card 2 weeks ago and i still didn't receive it... The old address and hp number is registered 10 years ago on another credit card which has been cancelled...

We faced the same issue. I remember filling my company address as delivery address, but instead they sent to my old address. Said send but ended up I had to call and check with them. What's worse? I have to spend 1k in 1 month to entitle the RM500 lzd voucher. doh.gif

Anyone any idea how long would it take for the lzd voucher code to given to us after 1k spending captured? And any message from HSBC letting us know we hit 1k edi? hmm.gif

Same too and said will resend new card to me to my office. Until today which 2 weeks have passed since the last call, I still didn't receive the so-called replacement card. Luckily my mum retrieved for me the card from my hometown, so I already activated the card.

The worst part is that the 2 month period to spend RM1,000 started on the approved date. Meaning to say everyone here who applied for the purpose of Lazada voucher have less than 2 months to spend RM1,000 on that card. Luckily I'm going overseas soon, I spend some on my accommodations already.

Now left RM400 to go until 14th November. tongue.gif

visa signature is confirm 1 swipe per month to waive the annual fee, it is stated in the TnC: https://sp.hsbc.com.my/microsites/visasig/f...ard_31Aug18.pdf

17. Annual fee will be waived if the Cardholder(s) swipe the HSBC Credit Card at least once a month for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Just pump RM5 petrol at petrol station every month to keep the card active for 6x PPL entries every year~

Same goes to me but reason I choose amanah over other cards cause amanah no AF.

For those who want to apply, make sure your address in IC is where you live now.. they tend to send the card according to IC address.. I moved away and they send to my old address.. doh.gif
