Hi HSBC users. HSBC Amanah got no AF right? I am planning to apply it and spend to get the Lazada Voucher actually. Any sifu can share some insight tips regarding this? Read the T&C edi, they never mentioned on the restrict category to spend on.

Many thanks!

For the MPower cards, AF is waived with 12x swipes a year.

Just got my card at the branch. Luckily i request them to help me activate on the spot and the system said will send an OTP to my old hp number. Then i realise they register my card to my old address and hp number even though i submit the application form with my current address and hp number. No wonder they sent out the card 2 weeks ago and i still didn't receive it... The old address and hp number is registered 10 years ago on another credit card which has been cancelled...

We faced the same issue. I remember filling my company address as delivery address, but instead they sent to my old address. Said send but ended up I had to call and check with them. What's worse? I have to spend 1k in 1 month to entitle the RM500 lzd voucher. doh.gif

Anyone any idea how long would it take for the lzd voucher code to given to us after 1k spending captured? And any message from HSBC letting us know we hit 1k edi? hmm.gif

Same too and said will resend new card to me to my office. Until today which 2 weeks have passed since the last call, I still didn't receive the so-called replacement card. Luckily my mum retrieved for me the card from my hometown, so I already activated the card.
*
The worst part is that the 2 month period to spend RM1,000 started on the approved date. Meaning to say everyone here who applied for the purpose of Lazada voucher have less than 2 months to spend RM1,000 on that card. Luckily I'm going overseas soon, I spend some on my accommodations already.

Now left RM400 to go until 14th November. tongue.gif

planning to apply HSBC to get Lazada RM 500 voucher. Which card is worth applying usually?

QUOTE(KeSToN @ Oct 20 2017, 06:40 PM)
if u want to get it just for the lazada voucher. any card will do. i went for the hsbc amanah card (no specific reason why). got my voucher code already. waiting for an opportunity to use it. valid til march next year
*
Same goes to me but reason I choose amanah over other cards cause amanah no AF.

For those who want to apply, make sure your address in IC is where you live now.. they tend to send the card according to IC address.. I moved away and they send to my old address.. doh.gif

Better call telesales and ask them check what address they going to send to. Else there will be delay.

Hi,

my wife applied HSBC amanah card for the spend rm1000 get rm500 lazada voucher
she jz received the card yesterday

so did she need to do anything to participate in the campaign or automatically participate?
plus did hsbc have any requirement/ t&c for the rm1000 spend? like not for utilities?
can i pay rm1000 for my TNB and get the rm500 lazada voucher?
*
If im not mistaken, there are no limit on where you should spend to entitle for the RM500. Last I heard my friend is going to swipe the card for his car installment. And viola, instant RM500 Lzd voucher. rclxms.gif

I also just swipe over RM1000, I made a call to HSBC CS, they say 6 - 8 weeks. My friend only waited 2 weeks to get the voucher after waited 2 weeks and second call. hmm.gif

Unless he can prove to you, else this is a piece of lie. You cannot pay a hire purchase installment with credit cards.

Nothing to prove also la, if he have his own ways, then good for him. No point to lie also, not like he gonna get something out of it for lying to me. laugh.gif

Anyone gotten their RM500 voucher edi? Anything worthwhile to buy? I'm thinking to buy a phone. brows.gif

Or is it just deposit for the loan?

No idea how he do it. I didn't pursue and ask further since my quota already hit.

any minimum spending on the RM500 voucher?
*
Minimum spending RM1000 within the confirmation date. Note that is not the date you receive the card, but the date they approve your application. So better blow them and ask them quickly send the card to you, else you have lesser time to spend RM1000. I wanted to fully utilize it by pumping petrol and stuff, ended up they send me when I left 1 month ten days. I had to make unnecessary spending. dry.gif
