QUOTE(adele123 @ Aug 10 2016, 01:04 PM) The only catch I can think of is, no early settlement without a fee. Resulting I can't cancel the cc for free after 1 year if they charge annual fee. Ah, I see. Thanks for the input. I forgot about the AF.But regulars here mention annual fee is easily waivable. |

if you owns HSBC card and did a BT to the card, please DO NOT use it during the whole tenure of the BT.
Previously I read if you paid within the day what you spent, there should be no finance charges. After I tried, I found that I am still being charged finance charges for the retail transactions I have done and paid on the same day using instant transfer (luckily my Instant Funds transfers were free). |

hi sifus, i received my HSBC card via mail today.. however, i applied for signature, and they came out with platinum.. there is no benefits for me for plat, as i have other banks CC already.. need signature for the PPL...
having said so, can i choose not to activate the card, and just leave it as it is? or do i need to call the bank to cancel this card as well, despite not activated yet? |
