hi all, is there any way to view our statement online through the website? any help would be appreciated.

Yup, you can log in online banking and view/download your statement

I have an online account but its an ATM account. can i use that to login? Is it link between both atm and CC?

I don't have ATM account, but only with credit card account in HSBC

When the first time I register online banking, my credit card information is already there, hope this help.

I have both the cc & bank account so I can see both when I log in. Even via using the app

How to get my CC pin number ? I didn't see any in the mails that they give..

It normally will come a few days later. If not you can either call their CS to send new one or walk in to the branch and get it

Guys just wanna reconfirm again, if i received a hsbc card, but dont intend to activate it, can i just leave it n cut it off, or must i call in to cancel, despite me not activating it?

Better U call in to cancel, even You have No intention to use the Card & why applied in the 1st Place...

I applied for VS, they gave me plat. Im using mbb VS now, plan to cancel mbb once they approve my hsbc. But guess the guy at the booth screwed up -.-

But if you keep the card without activating it, the guy will not be getting any commission too. So you might as well cancel the card.

hi guys, i need your help. i've actually paid my last month statement. i did receive an sms stating it received. but the amount still accumulate to this month. anyone in the same situation? if so what should i do?

do you see the paid amount in your unbilled transactions?

I only got an sms. I need to check my statement once i get back home. But so weird though. i've deposited last statement by cash deposit. it should offset already.
