But annual fee waiver need to request after charged.

Just got my annual fee charged to Mpower last week. Unfortunately it was charged first so I made a call asking for waiver… I did miss on making 1 trx per month for 2 months I think but annual spend over 2k, CS straightaway file for waiver and within seconds during the call I see the reversal although CS said it might take 3 working days.

No, did not threaten to cancel (though the thought has crossed my mind)..

I recall chatting to online CS about a SST rebate and they say I gotta enroll for it by swiping x times in x number of months or whatever, so I thought it was gonna be at least the RM25 SST, so the other RM25 I not that sure. Maybe it's for 2 years of SST? idk tbh, but I'm not gonna question it too much

I did too. Then I went to their online banking to update my mailing preference for credit card statement. That particular field was empty when I checked. Not sure. Maybe newly added option? Anyway trying to see if it works.

Hi Does HSBC charge annual fee for first year? Eg after I get and activate the credit card for HSBC Visa signature for example.

RM0 HSBC: Your card ending 0123 has been blocked for security reasons. Call HSBC Fraud Operations for assistance (Visit HSBC website>Contact HSBC)

This is madness. They blocked my card for buying train tickets online

I can't login to HSBC online banking and mobile app. Previously had a CC, cancelled. Recently applied for new one. Each time I log in, I get auto logged out immediately. CS can't fix the damn issue. Anyone else face it?
