Freaking worst call center ever, even for premier line. Just a simple task to add credit card to my samsung pay need 40 minutes waiting time !

The agent no idea what he or she doing.
 All supporting tell the truth. You may get into trouble by purposely cheating your income declaration if the bank seriously look into the application.
