Anyone know if buying flight ticket airasia consider online for HSBC Visa Signature with 5x points?

If can get VS maybe higher commission. Else u still get othwr cards which is lower commission.

Does everyone get this cashback (for e-wallet and groceries portion one) for the month of NOVEMBER? Today is 13th but I still don't get this. Same thing happened in July before.

hsbc cashback system is a joke.

joined a few campaign organised by them for past years.

not even once got the cashback

public bank is much better option.

joined a few campaign.got almost of them

anyone applied for sst waiver ? why this year suddenly kedekut one

last year easier to get waiver.

after i scold them why being so stingy,they offered me rm50 cashback

rm25 sst plus rm25 as gift

for my case,

i only managed to get CB after escalate to their cust resolution team + report to BNM,
whole process of complaining waited for few mths.

eventually,
they acknowledge their mistake of our Team did not take your top up as eligible transactions. This explains why the Cashback was not credited to your card account. We sincerely apologise for the inadvertence and any inconvenience this matter had caused you. Rest assured I have personally highlighted to the Team concerned and measures are in place to prevent recurrence.
In this instance, we hereby confirm you are entitled to receive Cashback, We will be crediting the Cashback to your Card no later than....



eventually got RM100 cash back

Hmm that may be true..
(Actually I wanted to put 84k for the annual salary part, but the agent told me to put 90k instead😅)

My annual gross salary varies from 84k to 90k depending on the allowance I get per month, so I don’t think putting 90k is considered as lying, now that I think about it🤔

Anyway the card is on the way to me now😮

how u contacted them, by phone or chat?
i chat the cs and only get rm25 rebate with condition min 3 spend within 1 month. Never give extra.

how u escalate to their cust resolution team + report to BNM,
email together by cc to BNM? Cause every time i escalate to CS, they will just give me standard reply, "first come first serve or fully redeem " already tired with their reply.

yes. the cust resolution initially giv the 1st come 1st serve and fully redeem standard reply.

i tell them it is impossible to be fully redeem as i done the transaction exactly few secs after 12.00.00am at the 1st day of their campaign week.

so i tell them to check thoroughly on the listing to confirm whether is it really fully redeemed at the first few secs at the 1st day of their campaign week and reply me on their final outcome, or is it due to an error where they should resolve it soonest possible and giv me the missing cb.

if the i did not agree to their final outcome, i shall revert to BNM for investigation.

giv them some hints that if they fail to settle this, i will report till BNM step in investigate their campaign mechanism legitimacy

recently got my new travelone and already gotten 2 cb as per PDS, in second statement
they "wrongly" catogorised me as new customer, 1 of the cb gave me double the amount i'm eligible for


meanwhile, pbb not yet update me on the promo 8% cb for utilities & insurance, even tho i did transactions early morning of the 1st nov & 1 dec. So fast 60,000 per mth allocation all taken up??

1st Nov trx mean 28 Feb only you complaint la if no receive.
1st Dec, you need to wait till 31 Mar.


For HSBC, they don't even follow their own T&C, i only lodge a complaint when i did not receive CB AFTER the maximum period stated in their T&C.

I got my nov cash back everyday already.

It seriously tired with this card. Keep change date, t and c. Cash back category also not really great.

Anyone did not swipe the card monthly and cancelled because the annual fee is due soon?

I asked the CS and it will be charged it seems because i missed two months.

i got once swipe 12x but not monthly (2 years ago)
cs helped me appealed then af waived
this year spent >2k so I no worry

Mine should be more than rm10k already swiped. Means you request to waive only when you have been charged the annual fee?

phone answer by cs immediately.

told to swipe 3x any trx online or offline and they will giv rebate to offset SST.
