Do you know how long will it take to reflect in the receiving bank? It has been a few days and seems it’s not processed. laugh.gif There’s no issue because my due date is still very long but I’m just curious. Also, I didn’t receive any SMS from HSBC. Did you receive anything like successful BT?

its for this HSBC CashSweep promo ended 31 May. (Mar to May 2023)
The campaign ended 31 May, supposedly according to T&C, must get CB by 31 Aug.
But HSBC did not give any CB at all even after September.

Hence i written an official complaint to HSBC complaints team and BNM, after their investigation,
initially was told that the cb is depleted during my spend, but i did not accept it, as i do the transaction within few secs at the 1st day of the week for the campaign.
So i ask them to recheck, after few weeks, they realized its their marketing error where
Tng transactions is not being counted for the campaign, so they will credit back RM100 to me.

Probably they also do for all other users with missing CB too.

yup. they can drag as long as they like but once they pass the final date to credit cb as per their own T&C, they are done.

overall experience with them is bad.

unlike PBB, which is so far the best,
usually will automatically credit the CB around 1 month+ after end of each month for their campaign

why there 2 different entries?

13/10 - the date I submitted application via HSBC website.
19/10 - after I received verification call & submitted additional document.

will it affect my application coz there are 2 different entries with different application no. ?

🤔 anyone experienced it before?

My T1 card was approved end of August and someone from HSBC just called me to inform there is a promo for 0% BT for 3 months.

I assume this is the one: https://sp.hsbc.com.my/bt/0

Can I confirm if it is really 0%? I checked everything and it is 0% but you guys may know better.

How do you find the T1 card? I'm looking for a new primary card after Malaysia Airlines/Enrich Miles have recently depreciated in value significantly... therefore making the Premier Travel card a lot less useful than it used to be.

After tried for second time only HSBC was honest telling me, they declined my BT 0% 3 months because of my credit score. sleep.gif It was them who offered me and no SMS for approval/rejection, I have to check myself. Also, not sure what they mean by my credit score when I have no issues with other banks' BT. Oh well.

Looks interesting... but the Plaza Premium thing is a bit of a turn off considering it's a World Elite card (even if it's 12x). My other World Elite card is unlimited complimentary entry to LoungeKey with a guest. In the airline points department it looks marginally better than HSBC PT because of more partners, but then again I don't need points for the partners...

Maybe I should look for a Malaysia Airlines related CC? I've been using my HSBC PT mainly to get free flights for the past few years with Malaysia Airlines so that's my main objective in replacing my card biggrin.gif

laugh.gif For lounges, I have other cards as well, so not only using TWE for lounges. Also, sometimes I fly J class, so I don't need PPL. tongue.gif For EM airmiles card, TWE is currently the best...

you need to complaint to their complaints team + cc to BNM.
only they will investigate for months and eventually give the CB that supposedly to give you automatically.

check my previous post.
managed to get RM100 after complaints

Zenith RM1 = 2x UNIRM
PRVI Miles RM1 = 10x UNIRM

9,000 UNIRM = 1,000 Enrich Miles

Approx 8,000 Enrich Miles to 1 Economy Flight return BKK, therefore RM 9,000 (PRVI) to RM 36,000 (Zenith) equivalent overseas spend. There is however mention about a Visa Infinite Metal where 4,500 UNIRM = 1,000 miles which means points earned on that card are valued twice above PRVI miles. Any ideas on that card? Honestly, the vast majority 95% of my spend is overseas spend as I'm not based in KL, so the overseas spend points generation is probably the most important part of the card next to the value of the points.

At the 9,000 UNIRM to 1,000 Enrich Miles, I think the value is roughly the same as HSBC (if not slightly less). So it's only points generation that is a question since HSBC PT is now only 1.1x points per USD1 overseas spend...
