I got a credit card in the HSBC bank that I didn’t go and retrieve, and of course I never activate it. Should I call to cancel it or just leave it be until it auto cancels itself?

CALL AND CANCEL IT

this will be captured in the system and recorded in your conversation with CS

you dont want hsbc come back to bite your arse many years later for the card issued to you... let unactivated or auto-activated without your knowledge

Anyone know how to calculate cashback for HSC amanah Mpower card?

Last month I spend Rm1.1k use to top up TNG. Base on the HSBC document below 2K is 1% cash back for ewallet top up. Then should be RM11 cc but it just give me Rm6.20?

hi guys, new in the credit card world.

I don't have a savings account with hsbc but I have their cc.

What's the easiest way to pay off the balance? If possible, is there a way to set up an auto debit from another bank account once the balance is due? I want to avoid any charges.

I heard the only easy way is to make an online bank transfer to hsbc (account no. is the cc number). Is this true ?
