how long to get the card once call process done and sms sent ( to upload documents ) ?

can't find in the product sheet , for ewallet (grab and shopee) , will be able to get the 5x reward points?
this was asked few times previously but couldn't find a reply in the product sheet also cant find |

Anyone had pending installment on the card ? Prior to cancelling the card can just pay it off and call CS to cancel?
