Is waiting for 10 minutes to get to the customer rep to report a lost or stolen card is normal for HSBC bank? I cannot reach the customer service on this. This is so terrible.

taken the 3 month zero interest balance transfer and cs (two different ladies) told me domt use the card within these three months. but my points is 29200 haha accidentally top up boost is giving 1x point insteqd of 5x for the last rm200 to get to rm 3000. hmm anyone took this BT offer before?

hsbc change statement date must be within three day before coming statement date? earlier also cannot. 😏

tng... topped up 2 tng acct with the same card (b9th favourited) at around 1205. same error/message came out (something like please wait, dont reload again as waiting bank response). finally, one went thru and one not. so inconsistent?

eh i also got hsbc online cashback rm100. luckily didnt terminate last week after calling CS as need to clear points to exchange some big points.
any pending campaign results if can help? i have not been uisng the card since june/july. |
