you dont want hsbc come back to bite your arse many years later for the card issued to you... let unactivated or auto-activated without your knowledge

If you travel a lot, it is alright as their visa signature comes with free PPL access. Otherwise there are better cards out there.

Hi all, I read the HSBC fees and Tariffs that Visa Signature card will have Annual Fees waived provided that I swipe every month, am understanding it correctly?

Hi, was talking to card sales from HSBC 3 days ago, that's their policy. To waive the AF, must use at least once a month and cumulatively >RM 2k. But then, she told me, if I did not use once a month but based on my historically usage, I can still request it to be waive, she said pandai2 lah. I think that's possible as mine was waived many years though I never used it monthly, but when I uses, i always used 3-4x a month and spent thousands

That's reassuring, cause signature is like what? RM600 annual fees... T20 pricing for M40 card 😅
