problems reported everywhere since last night.

mine went totally dead 2hrs ago, came back 30 min later.

hope not big cable damaged again....

page not load, seems faulty undersea cable again.

after 12hrs, i m not sure...
ookla test OK, some people here say all is gud, maybe they dun go to china sites...
but... u r right... some china sites are inaccessible, some still ok.
conclusion:
.. not cable problem
.. either china or msia people have nothing to do but to block tis n dat for a salary
... v nid to get smart n not let these ahs suck out $!

Referring to your report number [removed] regarding on your issue, we sincerely apologize for your issue. Kindly be informed that currently there will be degradation faced by Unifi users while browsing towards China sites due to link congestion. This is due to the increasing traffic in the links which connecting Malaysia with North Asia Countries.Please noted that the routing network to the international is different within ISP and treatment of IP. For the outgoing path towards international could be control by TM but the incoming from outside it’s beyond TM network and depend on other ISP treatment whether they treat us as backhaul/peering or transit.

At the mean time, we really appreciate your kind patience, as we will try our best effort to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Referring to your e-mail dated 1st June 2013 pertaining on Unifi connection issue to china website, we apologize for any inconvenience that you are facing currently. Currently we observed increase in traffic flow towards China sites. This might be due to:
- booming of popular games server and content provider in China
- increasing demand of bandwidth hungry application ie: video/music streaming, iptv, online gaming, p2p
- huge demand of China based traffic for biz purposes
This will result in customers experiencing some degree of service degradation while accessing contents hosted in the China, such as slow internet speed during surfing, downloading, streaming and online gaming. However, traffic to other countries is not affected.
However, please be informed that we will continuously improve our network to deliver the best experience to our customer and not only to china, but to the other destination as well. At the meantime, we really appreciate your kind patience, as we will try our best effort to resolve this problem. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Anyone have ever tried to ask TM to change to the oren wireless modem one?

Been 4 days couldn't online, line down since Friday Morning..

I tried once when I registered my 2nd UniFi account, but they said the D-Link DIR-615 is no longer available.
You're better off buying your own 3rd party router from ASUS or TP-Link.
