Hi folks, I saw the latest Unifi Promotion package for VIP10 and above comes with Free HyppTV mega packs OR Sport pack, but it's not stated for how many months free to watch, any idea? Another promotion from TM direct is free one month subscription..

If subscribe VIP 10 or VIP 20,u can choose either HyppTV Mega Pack or HyppTV Sport Pack for free for 24 months

I also got connection problem lately. Sometimes extremely slow, and keep loading loading...
I thought my laptop problem while I use wifi all the time.

When I check my desktop, turn out the same.
So restart this restart that.

Now OK temporarily.

Hi guys,

I'm currently using the 4mpbs streamyx for home. I wanna upgrade to unifi.

Heard that I will need to disconnect my Internet line first and re-apply. Hence, my house phone number will be changed and I will need to wait for about 2 weeks for my Internet to be terminated.

After 2 weeks only can apply for unifi...this is what I heard from my friend.

Can anyone clarify this is how the process works? Not sure if I can live for 2 weeks without Internet lol.

Speak to TM. They will walk you through the procedure of upgrading. The last time I just use my old streamyx till the contractor come over and upgrade the system. Internet probably suspended for 2-3 hours momentary.

just go to tmpoint they will do all the work for you to upgrade to unifi, you upgrading no problem lah lol

this few days quite slow but y'day speed is back
