I also got connection problem lately. Sometimes extremely slow, and keep loading loading...
I thought my laptop problem while I use wifi all the time. When I check my desktop, turn out the same. So restart this restart that. Now OK temporarily. |

Hi guys,
I'm currently using the 4mpbs streamyx for home. I wanna upgrade to unifi. Heard that I will need to disconnect my Internet line first and re-apply. Hence, my house phone number will be changed and I will need to wait for about 2 weeks for my Internet to be terminated. After 2 weeks only can apply for unifi...this is what I heard from my friend. Can anyone clarify this is how the process works? Not sure if I can live for 2 weeks without Internet lol. Thanks! |

Speak to TM. They will walk you through the procedure of upgrading. The last time I just use my old streamyx till the contractor come over and upgrade the system. Internet probably suspended for 2-3 hours momentary.

problems reported everywhere since last night.
mine went totally dead 2hrs ago, came back 30 min later. hope not big cable damaged again.... |

minyak naik internet speed turun... man.. i'm getting irregular speeds here. I think TM is monitoring the user's usage.
