Hi all,

I'm having issue recently...

My unifi connection and speed has no problem. But my phone slow loading photo in using facebook app...

Smartphone:
1) using phone's browser to access facebook, fast speed in loading everything.... and using other social app has no issue
2) using phone's facebook app to access, super slow loading image... i thought the app problem.... but I tried using mobile date, no issue to loading image thru facebook app..

Since using wifi connection for internet has no problem, the router should be all rite. But the TM keep blame the router faulty but the wifi provided has no issue at all...

Anyone experiencing the above?

Have you tried using your phone on other WiFi connections like at your friends or relative house?

After two days, I can safely say that the Innacomm RG4332 i a piece of junk.

It can't port-forward 25565 required to access my son's Minecraft server.

The port is still closed after defining the virtual server parameters.

DDNS is also not working.

It doesn't bind the current WAN IP address to the hostname after a reboot, but still bound to the previous WAN IP.  doh.gif

I have replaced the RG4332 with an ASUS RT-N12 D1 wireless router.

Everything is now fast and stable. Look at the ping. You can't go lower than that. rclxms.gif

Every time I encounter this problem, I will delete the app and reinstall. I notice that the app tends to cache old stuffs making it bloated and taking more space.

Yes, this RT-N12 D1 is one hell of a wireless router.

It can simultaneously support eight wireless-N clients and 3 wired ones in my home without breaking a sweat.

Cheap and good. rclxms.gif

Most probably not. Do you live there? Maybe can provide some short of proof it's a residence rather than office.. Electric/water bill. Just a suggestion, do ask TM for confirmation.

Anybody experienced problem with Unifi like the DSL and Internet LED not lighting up/no service. Waiting for almost a week for tech to come and have a look.
Is it modem's problem, or my house line problem?

anyone received a notice from TM saying that they will be revising the payment cycle?
TM will be changing the bill cycle from 30 days to 21 days. . which means that there is roughly 30% of price hike?

TM is said "the payment period between the Bill Date and Payment Due Date in UniFi monthly bill for all UniFi customers will be changed to 21 days from the current 30 days.
"

now after you receive the bill you got 30day to paid, but after 11/9, the due date will change to 21day, so you only have 21 days to paid your bill after receive the bill

this is not price hike, this is improving cashflow. a nice thing to hv in biz.

if a biz can do it without customers running away to competition, very gud since customers like longer credit period.

actually unifi already charge in advance for the month, now they want payment by 21 days, so, can't pay at >21st day of usage or kena interest charge or disconnect, i suppose.

which means the boss or fin people think it's time they become mcd or kopitiam biz - cash, no hutang.

at the worst, unifi wants cash upfront or deposit or prepayment - they hutang u - that's a nice biz.

a reflection of monoploy biz characteristic or our economy is dem gud, lots of cash in people's pockets. tongue.gif

Hi hope Sifus here can help.

This is regarding Hypptv. I have extra tv set so I plan to have Hypptv both at living room downstairs and in my room upstairs.

Can u give me some idea how this can be done? Do I need another decoder?
