From my experience, I managed to get TM to prorate the bill.
So you only pay for the days before terminated.
And UniFi bill should also be prorated for the few days left in the billing cycle.

I would suspect your router being the cause of the problem.
Try to forget the WiFi profile of your router (SSID) on your phone.
Then reconnect and test.

If problem persist, try doing a hardware reset on your router.
Please ensure you know your UniFi username/password and you know how to setup your router from scratch before doing a hard reset.

I would suggest you file a report with TM. Its important to have a report number so that you can track the progress.
Give them some time to update their system. Always follow up with your case, and take the name of each analyst you speak to.
After a week, send an email to SKMM and TM customer support, quote your case number and explain in detail what has happened.
Usually once a complain has been filed to SKMM, things will move faster.

My advise is based on my experience dealing with TM and Maxis.
SKMM officer always calls me to follow up and at the end customer relations office from TM and Maxis also call to ensure case is resolved.
