I would suspect your router being the cause of the problem.
Try to forget the WiFi profile of your router (SSID) on your phone.
Then reconnect and test.

If problem persist, try doing a hardware reset on your router.
Please ensure you know your UniFi username/password and you know how to setup your router from scratch before doing a hard reset.

I have to give TM a credit here, I REALLY HAVE TO GIVE A LIKE THIS TIME,
today, 1.xx am my unifi suddenly got some lag when i was buffering youtube. I though it was cache in the router so I restart the whole equipment....I not sure what is actually happen, but i used to do this 1 time previously and it works. Unfortunately not this time....it become not connected to internet....instead of lag

Wait till the morning, I call tm at 12.45pm, after some sort of SOP bullshiting they say they will file a technical report...and I will get some calls.

no internet no porn haha...so boring I take a nap.

my sleep then get disturb by 3 miscall at 4.45 (pm)from hp and house phone....i pick it up, what!!!the unifi guy was already in front of my door.

come in 15 min.....settle i am on unifi again now.

some1 outside did somethg to me...virus or hack i not sure...but he say somethg i dun know...I even had to use my pro account to sign in ur router...what is it mean?i not sure, is ok as long as i can continue my porn.....1st time so fast respond from tm....salute!

customer service not only office hour?i remember i read somewhere their cs tel line only work on office hours...

i am new to tm internet service actually....juz first time register their product unifi in march....i dint even use streamyx last time....but house fixed line yes since 20 years ago.

Dear All, hope you guys can help.

My company building is a new building. All my neighbors are using unifi except us due to our address unit no. is not in coverage system portal.

TM called me a few times that they will come for inspection but they didn't come.

May I know does any Big brother got any TM connection, we willing to pay for the express service (Duit Kopi)

At the moment our building does not have telephone, fax and internet. The copper port are all full, the only hope is to add my unit no. into TM address coverage portal.

Hope you guys can give some advice.

I would suggest you file a report with TM. Its important to have a report number so that you can track the progress.
Give them some time to update their system. Always follow up with your case, and take the name of each analyst you speak to.
After a week, send an email to SKMM and TM customer support, quote your case number and explain in detail what has happened.
Usually once a complain has been filed to SKMM, things will move faster.

My advise is based on my experience dealing with TM and Maxis.
SKMM officer always calls me to follow up and at the end customer relations office from TM and Maxis also call to ensure case is resolved.

UniFi installation & technical support different teams of technicians la.

Not sure how fast the installation guys can come but nowadays technical support team can response rather fast, unlike the early days where you may need to wait one week.

How to get the Unifi RM179 10mb promo...some of my friends got the call oledi....but I never get....so I gave 1300 a call, they say my name not in the list...

Is there another way?

to get rm179 (some say rm169) vip10, i think:

.. only during their promo periods, incl their agents
.. only for vip5 to upgrade, initial 2 yr contract complete
.. rm179 deal comes w/o any of the hypptv packs, only the few lousy foc channels
.. upgraders can get hypptv megapack if pay rm199
.. new deal no new router, no new hypptv box

.. existing vip10 won't get price lower than rm199 but possible to negotiate to get foc hypptv packs; option to change to maxis or others always there

not 100% sure, pls correct if error...

i would like to terminate my VIP5 and apply for Maxis 10mbps. Any thoughts and how is the termination process will be? I'm Unifi contract free now biggrin.gif

received a call yesterday offering RM179 for VIP10
rejected him and asked for RM169 instead but told now no more

so i asked for RM10-RM20 off existing bill and was told no such thing as well
