I've no idea, my 2 friends and myself didn't get our card at first attempt and without sorry note from poslaju. Need to call up to SCB for 2nd delivery. N SCB will SMS u with tracking number telling u ur card delivery is failed.

Can happen if the bank instructs Poslaju to do so. I've received MBB replacement cards like that, and UOB also delivered my cards with registered mail but drop into my mailbox (no sign-off required).

same case, i always think it is some "shitty" arrangement, no sorry note at all, poslaju didn't attempt to delivery it

Applied online on 24-09-2016 and approved on 07-10-2016

Received mine card too by delivery this way, I would say good too just drop in mail box especially nobody at home, we can just collect from mailbox

Thanks to everyone for sharing on card delivery. Will get my Pos Laju tracking from CS as it sounds like they don't even bother to deliver properly.

How does SCB cash back card works on "cash back" portion

Does it auto cash back post it to next statement or I need to login to redeem? Thanks

the cashback will be appear in following month.
So your Sep spending cash back will be appear in the "Redeem Reward Now" section by end of Oct, around 26-30th.
In statement, it will appear in your 9 Nov statement.

Please note that you will need to manual redeem your cashback, or else it will just accumulate there.
PS: In the Transaction History, the "BONUS POINTS AVAILABLE:" will always show zero. To see the cashback value you need to click "Redeem Rewards Now" which will show in next page.

usually our friendly friends here will share if the cashback is available to redeem biggrin.gif
