Getting Started Junior Member 189 posts Joined: Jun 2011	guys, regarding the CB, T&C says will be credited within 60 days but i see some people receive their CB end of the following month for my case, i swiped my card early May, i still get MYR 0 in 360 Rewards until now. is it normal? do i have to wait til end of july to get the CB?

RP ask me to call SCB myself to confirm I am New customer and give the CS name back to RP. I called SCB CS and call back RP to give the CS name. RP say they will do further investigation after that in 3 working days Aug 08 - 5th email to RP asking for update, they say investigation still ongoing Aug 09 - received email from RP for smarttag redemption with unique code. Redeemed immediately. May i know how much time i still need to wait after redeem the free gift? personal experience is about a week
