is it normal for SC card that don't credit any point for petrol spending? i don't know what type of card, it is not my card, i just feel so weird

managed to get it waive, thanks, didn't check yet, worse card ever,

but got to give them A+ for picking up call so fast

My experience is that they do send SMS when they sending out the card, which is a good thing, I don't know if Poslaju ever come to my address, a SMS arrived said delivery unsuccessful with a tracking number, which is not that bad

I applied the just one platinum as well thru online chat and following phone call from SCB, not sure if will get approval, confirmed with CS first year waived, but no sign up bonus

first card of mine send via poslaju, good thing is that they gave the reference number via SMS, PosLaju didn't even bother to go to my address I think, I have to collect it nearby

same case, i always think it is some "shitty" arrangement, no sorry note at all, poslaju didn't attempt to delivery it

fruitie I am new to SCB, there should be a sign up bonus somewhere still, no promises, you can try online chat with them,

cons that I can think of:
1. need to self redeem cash back via online, just found out it will be processed after statement date
2. annual fees
3. off topic, weird website where you can't use your own SCB bank fund to transfer to other (not ownself) SCB card, I don't know how to get it done, just plain weird online banking

pros:
1. e-mail alert, this is something nice to have, sms alert too
2. delivery card is quite fast, sometimes poslaju just drop the card or sometimes, it just never deliver and sms you the tracking number said failed to deliver

Those existing card holder if keen to have another one, just try online chat, I tried, within a week I got the card, this time drop off by poslaju

are you applied the card already or just planning to apply? if so, you can confirm with the bank, it is never stated in black and white that new user is free 1st year, but everyone said the same

1. I ask the branch guy, verbal promise free 1st year
2. I ask online message, free 1st year
3. I ask thru online chat, free 1st year

disclosure, I just holding the card with first month statement, no annual fee is billed

so, you can confirm to the person that "sell" you the card, remember there is no black and white terms on annual fee waiver as well

Try call them to for phone banking pin, after that if you getting second card, you can activate within two business minutes thru self service phone banking
