well for a kingston ram, u can use 1.96V to go on 4-4-4-12 at ddr2 800.. i think that voltage(2.0V) is alright for a nice 4-4-4-12 @ ddr2 800:) try it..

QUOTE(§layerXT @ Jan 2 2008, 08:58 PM) Huh? After the best D9, Fatbody still legend? Yerp. From what i can see is that Fatbody can go a bit higher than the best we can see on D9GMH/D9GKX/D9GCT. However, it has one big problem which is high voltage & high heat. PS: Fatbody is also in Micron D9 family. More information on Micron D9 chipsets: http://ramlist.ath.cx/ QUOTE(clawhammer @ Jan 2 2008, 10:12 PM) Interesting but never had the opportunity to try it out. Yeah, it's a pity not a lot of us has the opportunity to test it by ourselves. This post has been edited by sHawTY: Jan 3 2008, 01:05 PM |

QUOTE(Oxburg @ Jan 3 2008, 12:40 AM) my suggestion is:- drop your cpu multiplier to 10x and increase your htt speed. - reduce your hypertransport multiplier to 3x - set tRC to 21clk - reduce vdimm to 2.2v and start work on your ram from there. your hypertransport speed is currently a bit high. |

HT link overclock shouldn't be an issue for him |

i have some noob Question about DDR2.. today first time i overclock my pc...
i only up the cpu fsb to 250 (default 200).. then i let the DRAM timing to Auto.. then what i got after reboot ![]() from that pic, will see the DRAM Frequency become 416.7mhz... and when i do everest ultimate benchmark.. i got this ![]() will see my DDR2-667 become DDR2-833mhz... if that "save"..or i'll burn out my VALUE KINGSTON RAM... or i need to resetup DRAM Freq. in BIOS to default... |

The E2140 can OC higher. Put the memory divider to 1:1 and increase the bus speed until 333Mhz if possible. Then, target for 400Mhz bus speed, then you'll have it OC to 3.2Ghz and 800Mhz for DDR2 RAM.
