Here's another WOW from me.
This time, it's a Patriot Extreme Performance DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz 4GB Kit [2X2GB] PDC24G6400LLK!

This ram can do 1066MHz @ 4-4-4-12 @ 2.2Volts! shocking.gif
And what's better is that this ram actually supports EPP Profile which some people call SLi Ready. wub.gif

my suggestion is:

- drop your cpu multiplier to 10x and increase your htt speed.
- reduce your hypertransport multiplier to 3x
- set tRC to 21clk
- reduce vdimm to 2.2v

and start work on your ram from there. your hypertransport speed is currently a bit high.

ok thanks ~ i will try it.BTW wad is the RAM chipset?Micron/Elpida?

put it like this.. vdimm is always feed to ram.. so lifespan meaning nothing.. ask urself, how long u wanna use that hardware.. maybe 1 to 2 years..
stock voltage or max voltage still reducing lifespan, but the different, dunno...

But factory giving a life time warranty.Shldnt it be a vulnarable from voltage?Hmm i meant even in back condition it shldnt be easyily spoilt rite.

I am now testing a pair of 1GB Kingston DDR2-800... they seemed to be ProMOS chips. They did 475mhz 5-5-5-15-2T with 1.9V (pass Pi32M). Now I'm still running Pi32M at 493MHz, same timing, at 2.0V. Looks like it can easily do slightly more than 500mhz at 2.1V.

Izit a value RAM? = = if yes i speechless.I think mine more worst then this = =
