I've been running my Supertalent PC6400 2 x 1GB sticks at 520Mhz @ 2.125 Vdimm 5-5-5-15. Not the best timings but at least it's stable.
Recently got another pair of Crucial Ballistix Tracer 1GB sticks for a total of 4GB. Just plugged it in and it worked, though sadly at 2.125v and even 2.2V Orthos crashed within the first 2 minutes @ 520Mhz. Didn't tweak the NB or SB voltages though.

The sticks are running fine now at 500Mhz @ 2.125v on a 2:3 divider. The only thing is my SB (DFI P965-s) tends to get hot when i run Orthos. Damn 8800GTX is blocking it and releasing all that hot air. Gotta get a case fan and blow/suck the air on that SB.

Will post pics later.

I am now testing a pair of 1GB Kingston DDR2-800... they seemed to be ProMOS chips. They did 475mhz 5-5-5-15-2T with 1.9V (pass Pi32M). Now I'm still running Pi32M at 493MHz, same timing, at 2.0V. Looks like it can easily do slightly more than 500mhz at 2.1V.

Nice results there for the DDR2 800Mhz. Using Hynix chipset?

Look at the upper right hand corner of the post. There's always a number associated with it smile.gif

Haha, didn't see that the first time I read it. Great results using Value RAM though. Not many can get that kind of results using Value RAM. hmm.gif

I can do DDR116x at 5-4-4-12,2.35v but now lower it since i lower the processor speed due to temp and stability.

You Crucial Value must be a very good RAM then since my Hynix can't even do those timings.
Are we talking about 1:1 or something else here? smile.gif
