mine also KVR D9GKX... details on my sig..
but it's hard to push higher than 550.. some say becoz of brisbane..
with current setting also can easily hit >10k theoritical b/width.. so not expecting much..
maybe can try later if got phenom..
*
i don't think brisbane is the reason that can't push over 1100.
Take a look at these pic, 1st pic is my result 1140 with brisbane
Attached Image

2nd pic , i grabbed it from a china website. 1248MHz. He is using D9GCT ram

Please ignore the vdimm , stability and other issues. The reason i post this is just to show you that it is possible to OC ur ram more than 1100 by using brisbane. That's all.

btw, i tot your d9gkx can oc above 1200? Since that day you tried to lecture me about that. laugh.gif
Quite a dissapointment to know that actually your d9gkx can't even reach 1100 sweat.gif

1200MHz sweat.gifsweat.gif
Mine highest is 1050MHz. Cant go higher anymore. Maybe due to 4 ram sticks.  rclxub.gif
Last time, 2 sticks of ram can reach 1100MHz. No problem.  cry.gif

u got me wrong.. it's just normal KVR and not even rated to do above 1.8v..
i'm not intend to push high and ruin the chip.. if anything happens u want to replace them?
even kingston also not guaranty to replace with the same chip.. lol u donno?
1200 doesn't mean anything if loose the timing and need higher voltage n not even stable.. no point for me..

if 1200 means nothing to you, stop crapping there when people submit a result.

when you can't do that, you don't lecture people, it's irritating.

p/s: I'm also using value ram , from crucial. no guaranty also if i burn it. So please stop crapping here

my suggestion is:

- drop your cpu multiplier to 10x and increase your htt speed.
- reduce your hypertransport multiplier to 3x
- set tRC to 21clk
- reduce vdimm to 2.2v

and start work on your ram from there. your hypertransport speed is currently a bit high.

he is using an am2+ mobo.
HT link overclock shouldn't be an issue for him notworthy.gif
