i have some noob Question about DDR2.. today first time i overclock my pc...

i only up the cpu fsb to 250 (default 200).. then i let the DRAM timing to Auto..
then what i got after reboot


from that pic, will see the DRAM Frequency become 416.7mhz... and when i do everest ultimate benchmark.. i got this


will see my DDR2-667 become DDR2-833mhz...
if that "save"..or i'll burn out my VALUE KINGSTON RAM...

or i need to resetup DRAM Freq. in BIOS to default...

my ddr2 667 overclock to ddr2 840MHz at default Vdim 1.8 @ 5-5-5-15

is my setting ok...or i should setting my ddr2 RAM ro 800MHz / 900MHz or any number possible when doing RAM O.C

what is the best setting for me...

FSB - 350Mhz

between
-RAM Divider = 2
-RAM MHz = 700Mhz
-timing = 4-4-4-15

OR

-RAM Divider = 2.4
-RAM MHz = 840MHz
-timing = 5-5-5-15

which one is more advantage/good/realiable?
