I see that "yehlai" is running his micron ram on 3-4-3-4 on 1068MHz @ 2.4V... sweat.gif

Can i do that to my micron too? blink.gif

As my ram is running at 1000MHz, what's the best timing and voltage should i set too?

Soulfly, which one should i use? CL5 or CL4?

Kinda fenin already learning about the timings... rclxub.gif

Teach me please... icon_question.gif

My rams are Micron OEM DDR800 512MB
While on DDR800, the stock timings are 5-5-5-15 on stock vdimm

And right now, i've overclocked it to DDR1000 and the timings has been adjusted to 4-4-4-10 on 2.2Vdimm

Teach me bro, teach me... icon_question.gif

@sHawTY

I think DDR1000 4-4-4-10 or 4-4-4-12 also can. But tried orthos? can pass the test ??
I forgot mine DDR1000 CL-4 is 2.2v or 2.3vDimm. Last time heard they said >2.3vDimm can kill the chips if run 24/7
*
You've misunderstand what i've asked earlier...
What i'm asking is, which one should i use?

CL5 or CL4?

4-4-4-10 or 5-5-5-10?

Pening woo... rclxub.gif

Why i try to tell u is CL-4 (but u can try 4-4-4-10 or 4-4-4-12)...  becoz my OEM Micron D9 also capable to run 4-4-4-12 @2.2vDimm
*
Look, you really don't understand my question liao...
I know can run 4-4-4-10 or 4-4-4-12 on micron rams...

But my question is, which one should i use?

CL4 or CL5?

Please, can you please let others answer my question?
This is because u understand my question at all... sweat.gif

No offence, i'm in need of some others opinion... notworthy.gif

Just got the Teamgroup Value 667 last week..  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif
Supplier told me it was a relabel D9 chipset.
*
Yes, the Team ValueRam 1GB PC2-5300 DDR667 is using Micron D9 chipset.

But it's not Micron D9GKX D9GCT or D9GMH.

It's using Micron D9DCN [Relabeled as Team Chipset] smile.gif

So far i've seen two users able to clock that ram to more than 500MHz [1GHz]. thumbup.gif

I myself bought that ram, and now waiting for my DFI Infinity P965-S board to arrive, when it arrive, i'll clock it to hell like you too. laugh.gif

PS:
Dude, your timing is damn high. sweat.gif
You can at least set the timing to 5-5-5-15 smile.gif

ya it was damn high because auto on bios. But i manage to bring it down to 5-5-5-15 on memset in windows.

biggrin.gif

So far this Team value is a bargain even though its not D9GMH..still it cant beat my trusty old Kingston KVR Hynix C4  notworthy.gif
*
Hoii boss, i forgot to ask you one thing. laugh.gif
What's the vdimm that u use to clock your valueram to that speed?

I'm thinking of pumping 2.5Volts to make my team valueram to reach 1GHz @ 4-4-4-12 hmm.gif [If it's possible la laugh.gif ]

So, what's the vdimm that u use to make your ram to reach that speed you're running right now? hmm.gif

I remember my supplier telling me speed can go higher above 2.2 . Min 900Mhz he said.

U test ler..  brows.gif
*
Owh, okay, now that explains. nod.gif

Hey dude, tried CL4 on your rams yet? brows.gif
Try ler. bruce.gif
