It is advisable do a FACTORY RESET via phone setting after update to 4.2.2 for gaining back the smoothness, as jumping to another version is required FACTORY RESET for everything running as smooth as it suppose.

How much u want to let go bro for the black one?

For those XZL owners planning to get just the back cover, both the front top and bottom edge of of XZL is quite soft and it can get easily "dented". I previously use back cover then notice front top edge got dent marks already. So got myself a Mofi book case. Posted a few pics of it in the previous thread V7.

Recently my order for XZL Tough Case Mate has arrived and not only it protects the back but also all front side edge. The only problem with this case is that it will make your XZL bigger at the side, but still able to use one hand to operate. Cost around SGD40.







If you want to protect the front edges, either go for book type case or the tough case. Unlucky we XZL don't have bumper type case

Somehow my XZ's wifi reception is better after updated to 4.2.2 last night.

After updating my xz to 4.2.2 the screen seems to have some flickering.. Especially when the background is white

4.2.2 the lockscreen kind sux. Always i power on to the lock screen it will show somekind of page layout for like 1 sec before disappear. Look very ugly the thing.
Then somemore can scroll 1. I use pattern unlocking so sometime it will scroll to other page instead of unlock the phone.

That thing is Android 4.2.2 stock style.

For correct scroll unlocked, advise scroll bottom a bit, at wording area that part.
