Pure x audio is good
the v19 is only for new version of walkman
the current stock walkman on xperia z 4.2.2 even would have the walkman missing issue

i would like to have the improvemen of pure x audion
but too bad it messes with the bluetooth connectivity

8. Flash latest Sony's firmware (FTF) matching current latest monxDIFIED base rom using flashtools. Uncheck all WIPE options and exclude all EXCEPT KERNEL & BASEBAND to get latest matched kernel & baseband.

Do i need to find some firmware or something?

press power button+volume down together to capture screenie in jpeg format

or use the small app (blue colour) to capture in temp folder png format

For any consolations
For the guy on Honami with the problem when he playing the Walkman and lockscreen causes the problem like jumpy upon powering up the lock screen

Well I narrow down to what causes on my Z Honami port
I have install the Smart key app from Sony and the 1st option causes this problem
The receiving call and idle option don't make the problem
Even when the playing option is left with "no action" setting
The problem persist

Really too bad
As the smart key app is quite nice

so basically if on Monxdified Honami previous version
just overwrite/flash over the old without reset ?

by default the update from sony themselves wont wipe anthing
so you can continue using the phone as normal

but people said that the 4.2.2 update is laggy
(i cant feel it)
but compared to honami rom, it does show some laggyness

A questions for those:

1. Using Xperia Z
2. Using Monxdified Honami 1i mod ROM
3. Using Xposed-App setting to change apps DPI

I am using the one posted by Andrewtst, the one with the dual page setting

Settings
- Change to DPI 270 & Screen (dp) 1000x1600





and for the life of me have issues in only one of the setting page.
The Call Settings page will always open in a new page instead of appearing on the side page

Do anyone have this issues?

Now testing the .244 version

On 244 firmware
this exhibits the same issue

Did you solve the phone keypad off center problem for non honami modding the DPI?


saperately set for Track ID?
not understanding this...

On stock rooted, and buildprop change to 360

and some of the setting is ot compatible
Contact setting will make the keypad offset to the right
Track ID will have the pink background and missing logo, not using any setting would not have any issue

Settings if use 270 and 1000X1600, the call setting will pop up another small window (on honami, the setting page will change another page and require back)
Xperia setting have the same problem of jumping to another new page instead of to the right of the setting list

well, its a train wreck as usual,
have to wipe all/reset before can do any update

now have to revert back using titanium backup

some of the thing not seen in 244 Monx Honami Mod
1. Side Swipe Menu in Apps Drawer
2. Different Keyboard

Frontpage instruction only works in Honami Full mod
Stock FW cannot use the 320dpi buildprop mod
to many corruption
Even Honamix by Monx is on stock FW with honami addons

I tried out and best work in Honami 1i Monx

OTA is alway late
the current latest is only on PCC/SUS

fast dormancy means the phone is always keeping some minor connection to the com tower

if implemented properly
whenever the phone started idle, instead of disconnecting immediately
the phone-tower communicate to lower the power range, step by step until completely disconnected
what the time between jumping from one setting to another is up to the com tower setup

what waste power here is when the fast dormacy policy is not implemented or properly done
thus whenever the phone is idle
it didnt received the signal to go down to lower power range of the policy
thus alway was set at the maximum power usage

being total disconnected also have its caveat as turning on the phone again, the signal have to go through process to reconnect
thus consume more power every time it wakes up and reconnect

that is the essence to fast dormancy policy as i know
with proper implementation, it is good, minimizing power usage, but still keep a low power connection to avoid reconnection process
implement bad or none means the com tower failed to send signal to the phone to power down, thus consumes more battery power
