QUOTE(Zseusz @ Jul 9 2013, 01:08 PM) Press on the Power Button and volume down button simultaneously for a couple of seconds. That should capture a screenshot for you. yeah im aware of that. but was so happy of the shortcut they created in power menu. kinda disappointed they removed that. other than that 4.2.2 stock is awesome for me. massive battery improvement. currently 15hours standby, screen time 2 hours, and still got 42% left. Stamina mode only activated when below 30%. Everything is running and all on push notifications. emails, social medias.... very impressive battery now... |

QUOTE(darude87 @ Jul 9 2013, 01:42 PM) hi guys, i'm a new owner of xperia z, wanna ask a question, i'm sorry if this had been asked. Why are you not satisfied? any screen protector in place?I somehow not really satisfy with the screen colour and i notice we can adjust the white balance. Is there a tweak for our xperia z or there's a good setting for white balance to have a better screen colour? |

QUOTE(darude87 @ Jul 9 2013, 01:49 PM) this phone caught my attention during launch, spec, design, all perfect. Only when i look at the screen, i felt disappointed. I also moved from SIII and Lumia 920 to Xperia Z. But my experience with screen is extremely great. I am happy with the color and screen clarity and sharpness. Perhaps the screenprotector is already too old and changed color. Had experience previously where my protector changed color to yellowish on my older phone. so maybe its time for you to remove it and trying it out first before comparing it to being a hardware issue. My past 2 phones are S.Amoled, so probably thats one of the reason i'm used to vivid colours. So lets not compare it with s.amoled 1st, i looked at my friend's padfone 2 compare to Z, Z's colour just seems a bit "washed out". Btw i bought as a 2nd hand unit and there's a crystal screen protector attached. |

QUOTE(darude87 @ Jul 9 2013, 04:02 PM) yea, screen is nice, but...i had bad experience with samsung already so i'm not giving them chance so soon Do not let it go naked i would say. Cause i did that and i regret it alot now. Too much scratches. Anyway, there is a builtin shatter proof SP on front and back and hence the scratches are easy to get. yea perhaps i'll try to change the SP and see how it goes 1st, or maybe let it naked, lol. sounds good, let me play around with stock 1st, soon i think i'll start to play with custom roms. Used to play with custom rom a lot during galaxy S1 era, then moved to motorola with locked bootloader which can't do shit, lol. i am still finding a way to see if Sony can change that SP for me . |
