Anyone combine rhb islamic & conventional CL?

I only get 1 cashback for my card. Both transaction were boost on same day, i guess not merchant problem.

Not sure if combining the CL is the reason here

ya. but i check with the banker and it says the cashback will be per card basis. never know this would happened.

call rhb cs, they unsure whether combining CL is the issue. they would need to send report to another dept to check what's really the issue here.

I understand petrol cashback (tallies with my calculation), but how to calculate Bonus and Other cashback?

Also, what about the campaign cashback cause they don't seem to be here (like activate new card, 10% cashback to RM100, Shell cashback campaign etc)?

Okay got it. Bonus tallies as well, but Others is different by 3 cents. No big deal.

I didn't know what my cycle was, just missed out on the highest tier by a few hundred ringgit.

So much better than my previous card in terms of the cashback.

First month.
From RM534 X3 (1x using VS with 6% CB capped at RM30, 2x using RHB-Shell with 5% CB capped at RM50, but 2x RM80 CB is credited to VS account)

Thanks got mine too, did 2x 534 n 3x 1200, but converted the 3x 1200 to 0% 12month fpp. Dont know which trx earned the cb.

Wow, how u spent RM534 at shell?

i got RM95 only, at 1st did RM200, then another RM534, then try another RM534 but they give out Tier 1 + Tier 2, didn't get Tier 2 x 2...

My friend from TnG e-Wallet has responded to me after speaking to their internal relevant team, they are now aware of the MCC issue after I reported (with the help from you guys) and will look into this issue. Hopefully some good news for us later. Fingers crossed.

at least change the WALLET to EWALLET cos some bank still look into this description regardless of MCC
