Just need to spend RM500 on online, RM500 on entertainment, RM500 on shopping, RM2000 on others.

Once I got 8% at Disneyland, 2% overseas + 6% entertainment, I assume it was a technical glitch. 

If you intend to spend on online only, forget 6%, because you already hit RM30 online CB at RM2500 level.

Eg statement date 27/8/19
Post transactions from 27/7/19 to 26/8/19 to calculate CB.
CB is posted on 27/8/19.
Transactions posted on 27/8/19 (same statement - 27/8/19) - CB to be posted on 27/9/19.

Don’t apply via RHB Now.

Finally, received approval sms today saying my application was approved on 26/8/19. This bank is very strange!



So far I still maintain a 100% approval record. Nothing is impossible, never give up!

Your case is still ok. My case was 22 Jul until 6 Sep.

Let me sum up my experience with RHB card application

- 8/8 applied through ringgitplus
- 2nd week check through system said pending
- 3rd week still pending, called customer service said insufficient document, they need 2 years epf statement, so sent
- complain to ringgitplus, they said didnt receive any rejected doc from bank
- 4th week, still pending. called to make report
- 5th week, ringgitplus email said need 2 years epf doc which i already submitted to bank, nvm just sent again
- 6th week, check system said approved, call to customer service want to confirm collection location, said system not show approved, still pending call back
- 7th week, receive sms said card could be ready for collection at branch

1 day before statement cycle, different from Public Bank's.
CB is NOT calculated from statement balance.

Eg your statement date is 19/12/20.
The CB is calculated from all the transactions posted (spending >RM1000/2500/3500) on 19/11/20 to 18/12/20.
If a transaction is posted on 19/12/20 (so it will appear on 19/12/20 statement) but the amount and CB will go to next CB cycle (19/12/20-18/1/21) and next statement (19/1/21).

Anyone combine rhb islamic & conventional CL?

I only get 1 cashback for my card. Both transaction were boost on same day, i guess not merchant problem.

Hi all, may i know is it compulsory to enrol life credit shield while applying new RHB credit card ?
