No MCD code stated in TNC.

Unless you are chasing after the 10% cash back, otherwise it doesn’t matter you will still get 5% cash back if you spend at least RM 2.5k.

I called up to the CS and the girl told me that TNG had changed their MCC since 1st April 2021 ( I think after the launch of GO+) , so this explains why my previous spending on Feb and Mar is still considered as E Wallet. Also, they claimed that it is up to TNG to change their own MCC and RHB couldn’t do anything. Awww, so if what RHB said is true, then other CC like affin and PB might get affected too.

Rhb on and off got this issue as most of their campaign excluded Travel MCC

Those like affin should be safe as they didnt emphasize on MCC but description while pbb better not to save the card at the moment as now description is wallet rather than ewallet
By triggering OTP will consider as online regardless of MCC

I believe when i triggered OTP for Rhb last month was still considered online/ewallet and there was no 0.2% on TNG

mcc change from 1st april onwards, i got 0.2% under others category. both saved and unsaved cards show 'tng wallet' instead of 'tng ewallet'. reported to rhb pending investigation

Mine done mid april is considered online cause not under 0.2%
