There might be a pending transaction of that amount.

If you login rhb desktop website, it will show available limit and available credit. The available limit is correct (CL - outstanding) but the available credit is always lesser. Don't know what's the difference though.

i guess only saved cards might be randomly tagged to toll mcc.

edit: just realised mcc 4784 is toll and bridges, but i didn’t get the cashback.

if MCC 4784 not considered as ewallet then it should get the 10% cashback right?

I proceed to top up my shopeepay e wallet, 1st OTP RM0.00 , 2nd OTP RM500.00
So my 1st transaction consider RM0.00, so 0.00 CB? 

OTP not counted.

RM500.00 counted.

Is it?
