Unbelievable. What crap the agent is trying to convey?

Agree that the comment he made was shocking. On a side note though, how sure are we that, that piece of land is definitely reserved for prima housing?

Anyone mind to shed some light?

i was at the show unit last week and i had a GS agent served me. i hope he wasn't trying to con me, and is genuinely ignorant about it.

I asked him about the block where the "prima" block is suppose to be, and his reply was "OHH dont even think about it. it will be very luxurious and expensive and not many people will be able to afford it".

I left it at that and did not bother asking further.

the agent told you "not many ppl can afford it, so don't bother"? WTF!! unbelievable.

I visited last Sunday , a GS agent looks like Ah Lian and her boss Ah Beng keep pushing me and my wife to sign without proper explain.

Keep pressing on her iphone and even bother to explain...but keep mention all unit and facing are good...even facing incinerator also good...wtf 

really tak boleh pakai agent...just want sales only..

instead of hiring so many agent, better lower per square feet and more discount...more attractive

Sad to see that so many unprofessional agents at Lakeville.
When I visited, the agent who served me was ok.
But there are lots (like more than 50) of agents loitering around like sharks.

How many of those "sold" ended up with loan approval?

If such a high demand and vp in 3 to 4 years time, why need to engage so many agents?
