Today went to the sales office with my friend and in the end she bought a unit from SA, know as Soo. Coz she's attracted to the laminated floorings in all the rooms...lol..
So far almost 70 units already booked. Apparently they will officially advertise the project in media soon next mth. Block B would open for sales with increase of psf by additional RM30 once block A almost fully booked (as usual la)...

Why is Mah Sing cheaper than Ecoworld? I thought Ecoworld are new players, while Mah Sing is supposed to be the Taikor? Of course Ecoworld has Tan Sri in the background, but still, they don't have the real life track record yet.

Just went back from sales office today...no any developer sales staff but all GS realty agent, not very good product knowledge only keep telling buy now upfront earn xxxk compare with end phase price...now developer giving rebate because doing promotion as first block...personally thinking that the price tag is slightly higher with such high density...(comparing with eco sky about 10acre with >1000units vs 12.x acre with 2000units) price also almost match after discount from both developer...

this project really hard sell...if tat good ...no need to hard sell...people will judge which project is better for themselves...

Hard to say now, nth being mention in the documentation but the project was approve by the local authority with this road build as part of the deal, according to the people in Mah Sing that have shown to us before the lakeville is launch. Probably some of the bro or sis here that attended the preview earlier could see this same document too.
