Doesn't seem like much is happening on site...?

Squatters still abundance and the rubbish dump on site is still higher than the hoardings... Hopefully they don't dump it in the lake before starting construction...?

Oh btw, does anyone know whether they have plans to decommission the sewage treatment pond located right next to the future building..? Can't imagine the condo to be located right next to this sewage pond while its operating right...

Is this near to ecoworld?
*
Distance between them both is less than 5 minutes drive. Wonder which is better..

Exactly what I thought too!! They could easily spend a bit more and mob in more excavators, bulldozers and dump trucks to get rid of the horrible rubbish mountain. That would do their overall package more good than harm!

I agree with you tengster... Super low commitment!!

Are you aware that at least one or two blocks are reserved for affordable housing?
*
what would be the indicative price for affordable housing..? heaps cheaper than the current released units?

Yes. According to the SA, the affordable housing won't be more than rm400k...however, the list of eligible buyers will have to come from government...just like Prima scheme...that's why I decided not to wait for the affordable housing as dont think can get even though income within the guidelines...

In the layout plan, the 'future launch' stands for affordable housing....
*
less than 400k...? meaning those blocks will be super high density with average finishing on the exterior. Hmm.. a touch worried about the overall image of the place then... aiks..

Pr1ma is not necessary low cost if u know the limit of property price now that attached to the pr1ma home. Jus wan to highlight it.
*
What is the limit at the moment..? where can i find the details for this..? Currently, i am quite worried about the "low cost" buildings in the area. with so many of the low cost units to be available soon, i reckon it would very much shape the overall look of both the residential and commercial lots.

hopefully not, cos its not next to jln kuching like eco world. but i think somehow it will jam when entering taman wahyu during peak hours, only 1 jalan masuk from jalan kuching so far. perhaps they will enlarge the road or proposed more roads to go in.  sweat.gif
*
Two Jalan masuk actually. One, Jalan Sibu 13, directly after the kiara east fly over and the second one Jalan Sibu 18 just slightly after. It's the exiting to Jalan kepong lama via Jalan Sibu 1 to get to Jalan kepong/Kuching is the major problem.

I think Wahyu is a forbidden word for non-Muslim. Are you sure they can use this word for their project?

Hear say this road is a must build as part of the agreement they get the approval from govt ... not sure how true it is.
*
If it's part of the agreement, I think they should take out the word "proposed" link road. And just show it just show it as link road.

Agree! i was at a local restaurant in Taman Wahyu and it was so full of customers. neighbours uncles and aunty, were all carrying Lakeville's bag and also asking each other which unit they bought etc. I was listening in and most of them were buying for their kids or their kids bought units.

Sorry but i cant upload the pic from my hp. Not sure how to do it. But there is only A1, A2, B4 and B6 designs
*
My lawyer for signing S&P managed to quote only one instance where their past client for a different commercial title project managed to successfully convert and pay residential rate for electricity bill but water was still under commercial rates.

i was at the show unit last week and i had a GS agent served me. i hope he wasn't trying to con me, and is genuinely ignorant about it.

I asked him about the block where the "prima" block is suppose to be, and his reply was "OHH dont even think about it. it will be very luxurious and expensive and not many people will be able to afford it".

I left it at that and did not bother asking further.

Unbelievable. What crap the agent is trying to convey?
*
Agree that the comment he made was shocking. On a side note though, how sure are we that, that piece of land is definitely reserved for prima housing?

Anyone mind to shed some light?

they build PR1MA and residents there share same roads in and out?
then will it be sibeh jam kaw kaw?
*
i find it hard to comprehend that the Prima location would be almost at their project front.

Who will the developer of the prima units be..? Mah Sing as well or different grp of ppl? The PRIMA units if super high density and done shoddily... nightmare!

so in simple term, leachate is actually the juice (the chap in cantonese) from rubbish which is slowly going through the land and flow to the lake?
when someone said the lake is uncontrolled it means there is no fencing and gate and there are many bad roads there behind which allow unscrupulous trucks to enter without being noticed and dump the shit there?
wow
then lake dream sold by developer is fake
it is more like a property next to a dirty river yellow colour teh tarik colour?
what is the lake colour now?
clear water?
*
green... full of algae. They thrive in filthy water.

You forget one good things about Lakeville over EcoSky  laugh.gif

The facilities and view are better in Lakeville Recration Sky Park  rclxms.gif

I fully agree wrt to the amazing facilities too. Totally tempted by concept. But when I think of the 2 - 3k units sharing it and the access road leading out of the area. Gone case. Nightmare access in the future
