I had a look. Sales slow..blk A open for booking. 8 units per floor..900+ to 1200+sf about 550+psf 2carpark. Either internal facility view or KL view. 10k booking and 500 cancelation fee.

They incl also dryer. And 1 year free maintenance and free loan legal (incl loan stamp)..and mClub discount. The two carparks are side by side. Just realised there are many units below 550psf..now have to really consider but still concern on the high density.

I benchmark it vs midfields2, similar builtup size and both leasehold , but i feel mf2 location is better. Lakeville is higher psf but and much more furnishing. Both have separate carpark block. But mf8 there is long Q and lakeville is so-so response only. Maybe because ytl vs mahsing, or the location?

Booked a unit around 520psf few months back when they prelaunced at OneWorld. Decided to cancel few weeks later as i was concerned on the density and the reclaimed land. But the packaged was good with low psf, 2cp and almost fully furnished. The MS sales people were fine and friendly but now with 3rd party GS marketing, i dont know what is their branding strategy?
